I Was You. Then I Found the System.

Like so many of us, I struggled with my weight for years. Then came the health scare — a hospital visit that forced me to look in the mirror and decide: change or continue down
this road and gamble with my health.


I chose change. But I didn't do it with a crash diet or a 6-week challenge. I did it by stripping away the bad habits I accumulated over a lifetime and replacing them — one at a
time — with 5 simple, sustainable habits. The result? I lost 80 pounds. But more than the weight, I built a life I can actually
maintain.


As a trained Chef and certified fitness coach, I created the 5 Habit Body Reset to give you the exact system I used — so you don't have to figure it out the hard way. No more yo-yo. No more guesswork. Just clarity, consistency, and real results. Now as many folks as I can learn how to create a new healthful lifestyle: Built around their life and schedule for long
